Our Promise to You – Wash & Save Return Policy

At Wash & Save, we stand behind every sheet. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to fix it—no hassle, no stress.

How it works:
Not satisfied? Just send us an email at connect@letswashandsave.com. Whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Refunds made simple:
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and usually appear within 7–10 business days. If you haven’t seen it by then, drop us a line and we’ll follow up.

No returns required:
We don’t ask you to send the product back. Instead, we kindly ask that you donate it locally—a shelter, community center, food bank, or even a neighbor could benefit. Sharing sustainability is part of our mission.

Help us improve:
Your feedback helps us get better. We may ask a couple of questions about your experience, and if something arrived damaged or off, a photo can go a long way in helping us make things right.
